At a water crossing, a wood structure provides an interlude intending to escort and encourage. A boardwalk enable a route between the divided landscapes, ushering passerby through an organic form inspired by the local topography, the sun, and the wind. The change of elevations provides the opportunities to gather, rest, see, and move. Visitors are encouraged to gaze and venture beyond the Interlude, and into the geology of the area with perpendicular structure that provides suggestions of adventure.
